Beth Livers / MBA / Broker-Associate

Beth was hired by the developer of Indian River Club in 1992 when he purchased the land to develop the golf course community in south Vero Beach.  She worked with the original planners on the development side of the golf course and real estate.  After the course and club opened in 1995, she moved to Vero Beach full time and was the CFO and General Manager until 2003 when she moved over to the real estate sales department as the Broker and Director of Sales. In 2008, she merged Indian River Club Realty with Norris & Company Real Estate to become a mainland branch office.  In 2009, Indian River Club was turned over to the residents and the sales office was then closed and she moved to the island office. Norris and Company was ac-quired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty in February 2016.

Beth has been actively involved with many charities in the County starting with Boys & Girls Club in 2002. She is a member of Indian River Club and Community Church of Vero Beach where she has served on the Missions Board for 5 years. Beth is a native Floridian, growing up in Palm Beach County. She moved to Vero Beach in 1996 from Tequesta, Florida. She is a proud mother of a son, Jay, who is a veterinarian in Birmingham, Alabama and 2 grandsons.

“I love helping new residents find their dream home in Vero Beach and then getting them acclimated to what all our community has to offer.”

Beth has a BS in Accounting, and an MBA from Troy State University, in Troy, AL

Maria Caldarone / JD / Realtor

Maria was born in Rochester, NY. As a teenager, her family moved to Rumson, NJ where she graduated from high school and continued her southerly migration to Vero Beach in 1999, with her two sons.

Maria graduated from Monmouth University and Seton Hall Law School. Knowing she would reside in Florida, she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992.

Maria’s 30+ year employment history almost always touched on or was immersed in the real estate world. She was involved with property management, leasing, land acquisition, commercial lending, and purchased companies, prepared due diligence packages, and real estate consulting.  Eventually she became president of a small publicly traded home building company. In 2002, as president, Maria was charged with staffing the company, identifying sites, contracting with land sellers, working closely with various developers to deliver on time lots and ultimately homes. She assisted in the design phase of each floorplan to create a portfolio of floor plans with many options to create a semi-custom product and selected all options for spec homes.

Upon the economic shift in 2008, Maria left real estate temporarily to establish the Law Office of Maria Caldarone, PLLC (aka Bankruptcy Solutions Group) specializing in personal bankruptcy.

In September of 2014, she joined Norris and Company, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and worked with the Sand and Land Team to return to her field of expertise. “It has been a long way to get back to here! The time to be involved in Real Estate in Vero Beach is now. It is awesome to see our community move forward!”
